Service

Mia is an AI-powered scheduling assistant. It helps connected users infer scheduling preferences, propose available meeting slots, and create calendar invitations when Mia is included in an email conversation.

Accounts And Permissions

To use Mia, you may need to connect a Google account and authorize access to email and calendar data. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect the account and process the relevant communications.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Mia to send spam, unlawful content, deceptive messages, harassment, or content that infringes third-party rights. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

Billing

Mia includes 5 one-time free managed external contacts. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. The $99/month plan includes up to 25 managed external contacts per month; the $299/month plan includes unlimited managed contacts. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once subscription periods are used.

AI And Scheduling Accuracy

Mia uses AI and calendar data to assist with scheduling. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for reviewing important meeting details, recipients, times, and locations.

Availability

Mia is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orichalque SAS is not liable for indirect damages, missed meetings, lost business, data loss, or third-party service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mia after an update means you accept the updated terms.
